We used Sorrento limousine service for two of the three days we visited the Amalfi Coast. Raffaele picked us up at the Naples train station, took us to Pompeii for a tour, and then delivered us safely to our hotel in Sorrento. The next day he took us on an all day tour of the beautiful coast. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining...even sang "That's Amore" with us on our ride back to Sorrento! Highly recommend using Amalfi Coast Drivers!

We booked our transfers and tours before leaving Australia - Tony & Raffaele were quick to respond to all of our questions before we left and we were not disappointed with their service when arriving in Naples. We were collected from the Naples train station by Raffaele and driven to Pompeii where a guide that they had organized for us, took us around Pompeii. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady that showed us around Pompeii but she was excellent - maybe you can pass this on Tony? She was interesting and fun and made the experience a memorable one. Raffaele was waiting for us when we finished our tour and transported us to our hotel in Sorrento . We were collected by Tony the next morning and had a fantastic tour of the Amalfi coastline, an amazing lunch at Ristorante San Giovanni which included complimentary starters, delicious gnocchi, pasta & wine and finishing with complimentary Limoncello. Tony was friendly & knowledgeable & kept us entertained with wonderful Italian music along the way. He was generous with the wonderful photo stops and gave us enough time at all the beautiful towns along the coast. At the end of our day he presented us with a lovely bottle of Limoncello. His restaurant recommendation in Sorrento was one of the best meals we had in Italy - il Leone Rosso. A highly recommended company.

My friends and I went to the Amalfi coast April 13-21 2012. We hired Tony and Raffaele as our drivers. I could not ask for more from their service. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable of the area and history, very nice and accomadating in every way. They gave the best price of all the Driving services i checked into. Also Tony was always quick to respond to my inquiries be email. The driving in Amalfi is precarious and we always felt safe with Tony and Raffaele. I will definetely use this service again and again. Fantastic! We have been to Sorrento many times and each time Raffaele's service never fails to disappoint us. He has picked us up from Naples airport and taken us to numerous historical sites and places of interest. His knowledge of the area is excellent. Hiring "Sorrento Limousine Service" was absolutely the best thing we did when planning to visit the Amalfi Coast. Months ago when my huband & I were booking our "Amalfi Coast Tour" we also debated as to the best way to get from the Naples train station to the Sorrento Hilton and (when leaving) back to the airport. Yes, the train and/or bus would have been cheaper but we wanted to arrive relaxed and stress-free so we hired SLS for, not only the Amalfi Coast Tour, but also for our transfers to and from Naples. Our driver, Tony, was waiting for us at the train station, picked us up at 11:10 a.m. and you could say that (while our Amalfi Coast Tour was to be the following day) it actually began when we got into the van for our transfer to Sorrento. Tony speaks very good English, is a wealth of information and a wonderful driver. He is everything the previous TA reviews had said. On our trip from Naples, the ride was wonderful and Tony gave us so much history and general information (that I doubt you'd get with a basic taxi ride). What a bonus! We even stopped a couple of times (his suggestion) and he took pictures of us. What a personable guy. He also suggested wonderful restaurants for us to try while in Sorrento. The next morning Tony promptly picked us up in his van at 9 a.m. for the "Amalfi Coast Tour", and even had a cooler of bottled water for us. Touring the coast by van is the best way to get the most from the views - higher is better. Tony knows the best backroads to take and what towns to see and in what order, which is very important so we would not be following tour buses, wasting time sitting behind them. The roads are SO narrow and we felt totally comfortable w/Tony behind the wheel. We absolutely had the best time. We visited Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi. Tony gave us specific things and points of interest he thought we should see - worked out great. He again made stops at beautiful areas to take photos of us - he knows the best spots. Not only is he a nice guy but also very funny. While in Ravello he made us reservations at a fabulous little restaurant with a beautiful view. He said that we would have a nice lunch, drink limoncello (our first), meet him back at the van and we would sing as we continued the tour, and that we did! I wish I had figured out my new iPad2 before this trip, as I thought I was video-taping this and was not. We had a great day and Tony was very flexible with our stops, etc. - we hated to leave him when he dropped us back at the hotel (where he presented us with a bottle of limoncello) - what a way to end the day. Again, on our departure from Sorrento Tony promptly picked us up (5:45 a.m.) and drove us to the Naples airport. Both transfers and the tour were definitely worth the cost. We felt like we'd made a friend and look forward to seeing Tony again on our next visit. Until then, all the best to him & his family ~

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful Amalfi Coast tour with Raffaele. We had never hired a car before and didn't know what to expect, and it was a superb experience in every way. Raffaele (Tony's dad) is an expert driver, a warm, friendly person, very informative, and he knows just how long to stay at each stop. Our tour was from 9-4, and we rode in the comfort of a Mercedes w/ AC. Our stops included Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano. We had lunch in Ravello---tried a fresh pasta sampler with different toppings and finished our lunch with limoncello. YUM. We had a fantastic day with Raffaele---he is so generous in every way. We decided to use his limo service to go from Sorrento to Naples, and we were very glad we did. We had a very polite and excellent driver named Stefano. He even helped us carry our luggage into the train station. If we ever get back to that area, we will be making arrangements with Sorrento Limousine Service first thing.

On Wednesday 5th October my wife and I experienced and enjoyed the Amalfi Coast trip organised by Tony. We had never arranged an all day chauffered trip before, but we were certainly not disappointed with the result. Tony collected us from our hotel on time and in next to mo time we were viewing the amazing coast line. The routes, scenery and views were carefully chosen by Tony based on his extensive local knowledge, supplemented by interesting anecdotes. The Amalfi Coast has some of the most wonderful scenery you could wish for, and Tony located a restaurant for lunch with equally stunning views.If you want a relaxing, enjoyable and rewarding experience, this is for you and Tony is your man. On Oct 2, 2011 our group of 51 people took a guided tour with Sorrento Limousine Service. Our Tour Guides (Ann Long and her son) were waiting for us in Naples when our ship arrived. Tony suggested to use two smaller buses for our Amalfi Tour due to the narrow and twisted roads. We traveled in comfort admiring the breathtaking scenery of Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi. The Guides and drivers were very professional. The whole group was very impressed by the high level of service provided by Sorrento Limousine Service. Our travel group of 5 women recently returned (Oct, 2011) from a trip to Italy that included the beautiful city of Sorrento. After searching the internet and reading reviews on Trip Advisor, we had selected Sorrento Limousine Service (Amalfi Coast Expert Drivers) and pre-arranged for tours to Pompeii and to the Amalfi Coast. Our driver, Tony, was not only an expert driver (especially on those narrow roads), but he was an excellent guide providing us with information on the area, pointing out highlights, and stopping at great spots for pictures. He was flexible when we asked for changes to the schedule (towns to stop at) and when we indicated an interest in the local olive oils, he arranged a stop at the Gargiulo Oil Factory ? which we enjoyed very much and included a tour of the factory as well as oil tasting. And, last but not least, Tony is a great singer and very entertaining!!! We highly recommend this service ? you will not be disappointed!

We had the pleasure of touring with Sorrento Limousine Service. We were met at the port in Naples and take to the towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. They provided a very good driver and a tour guide who spoke at length about what we were seeing. After Amalfi and before Ravello, we were taken to Ristorante Pizzeria San Giovanni. The view from the covered patio where we dined was fantastic. Food was wonderful and very inexpensive. The restaurant even gave each adult a glass of champagne before the meal and lemoncello after the meal. Many tour guide will take tourists to a rip-off restaurants, but this was not the case at all with Sorrento Limousine Service. At the end of the tour, our guide, gave us a bottle of Sorrento Lemoncello, which was a nice parting gift to end a lovely day. We recommend this company without hesitation.

we hired Tony for a day to take a day trip along the amalfi coast. I had found the recommendation on tripadvisor with great reviews and I must say they did not dissapoint! my sister and I stayed in sorrento for a whole week taking a few day trips and this was by far the best. we arranged the trip around a week before our travel departure, it's probably best to do this as he gets booked up pretty quickly! you can find his details on here. Tony picked us up at around 9 in the morning directly from our hotel. the car was lovely, full air con and very roomy. for our trip it was just myself and my sister however there is room for many more. the itinery of the day was to visit, positano, ravello and amalfi. All long the way Tony gave us interesting facts about the area and local history. all three towns were beautiful. in positano there are lots of little shops to look at at the houses are lovely. you walk down through the town to a gravelly beach. after this we drove past a place called the green grotto and although it was not on the agenda tony suggested that we take a look as we did not see the blue grotto in capri. it was a little boat trip in a cavern lasting about 10 minutes. the poor speaking italian men operating the boats were hilarious! opposite here there is a local pottery shop. tony will let you have as much or a little time as you like in each place. i would far recommed hiring a private driver like this over a coach because you can work to your own schedule. after the green grotto on the way to ravello, Tony took us to a 5 * hotel to take some great pictures- if you want to stop along the way to do this just let him know. it was amazing- perhaps a honeymoon destination! ravello was my favourite place of the day. it is a peaceful little town, not too much hustle and bustle. we visited the rufello gardens as suggested by Tony and there were beautiful. in the summer they do concerts overlooking the sea, if i were to go again i would definitely recommend trying to get a ticket for one of these events. for lunch tony took us to a family run restaurant in the hills. the food was great and the price was very reasonable. they served us with a frascati to start and finished with a complimentary limoncello. the pizza was amazing here. if you fancy something a little different tony can recommend restaurants within the towns but we opted to go out of town. personally i preferred this because we could sit overlooking some incredible views after lunch we went to amalfi. aong the way i think my sister and i were felling quite happy from our lunch time treat of frascati! tony played some italian music and we sang along the way laughing. it was great fun! in amalfi there is a beach where you can do a bit of swimming or sunbathing so take a towel if that is what you want to do. tony pointed out where to get the best ice creams so we bought one and had a mooch about the town and looked at the church .amalfi was full of architechture and things to see and do. along the way tony will point out 'nativities'. they are made by the people of the town and represent the town itself. we arrived back to the hotel around 4 o clock. so plenty of time to get a siesta in before dinner!! when tony left us, he gave us a bottle of limoncello for which we were really thankful for. he was such a great driver, we really appreciated his friendliness and his expert knowledge of the area. the cost was 280 euro. I was prepared to pay this for the service because it was such a great day, if there are more of you going it does make that less expensive per person. for example if 6 of you take a trip, that equates to almost 50 euro each. the coach ride is nearly as expensive, you don't have the flexibility you do with Tony and also there are certain roads that coaches are not allowed to use so you won't get the best views either. I would wholly recommend booking a trip with Tony- it was our best day of the holiday!

My family and I have travelled to Sorrento many times and on every occasion we call Raffaele & Tony for their fantastic limo service, mostly used for airport transfers to/from Naples. Raffaele & Tony have a wealth of knowledge of Sorrento and the surrounding regions, they are extremely friendly and always offer a very comfortable ride in their large and top of the range people carrier. In recent years we have travelled with young children, Raffaele & Tony have provided us with use of their child/baby seats, and to have our airport transfers pre-booked via them always takes the stress out of our journeys. I do not hesitate to recommend their service ... and we look forward to our next booking!

On August 21, 2011 we took a guided tour with Sorrento Limousine Service. We were a family of eight. Four adults and four grandchildren, ages 20 years old to 23 years old. (all college students). Our tour guide was waiting for us with a comfortable van when our cruise ship arrived. Our guide"s name was Gennaro. Gennaro drove us from Salerno up the Amalfi Coast and back to our cruise ship. Gennaro was very patient and took us to all the sites we wished to visit. We were especially pleased that our grandchilren enjoyed this tour and we were all happy and comfortable with Gennaro. We definitely recommend Sorrento Limousine Service and Gennaro as a guide. Tony, hopefully we may return soon to use your service again. Maria
