We used Iaccarino while in Italy and we were so happy we did! We took a train into Naples, which Tony & team were waiting for us with a sign with our name on it and then drove us to Sorrento. In between we stopped at a winery and it was amazing! We also used them to drive us back to Naples after our stay in Sorrento was over! They were on time, nice, friendly and very helpful! I will use them again in a heartbeat!!!!!!

From the very beginning of our planning to the end of our tour, Tony handled all our arrangements in a very professional manner. They know and care about customer service. He answers emails promptly with lots of additional information so you are not left wondering what is included and what isn't. We visited Italy at the end of Sept and had 10 days touring around until we got on a cruise ship in Venice. We booked with Iaccarino Sorrento Limo Service for a one day tour of the Amalfi coast. Tony was there early at our hotel and made the day very enjoyable. He vehicle was excellent - clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with how hard he worked to make sure that the day was the best that it could be for us. There were a few pleasant surprises but I am not going to share those - you have to book with Tony to find out the goodies he plans for his clients! We booked a second day with Sorrento Limo for a trip to Pompei from our cruise ship. Our ship decided to dock in Naples instead of Sorrento because of the weather and when I went on my email to let Tony know, he already had heard and had contacted me. Talk about caring about your customers! He adjusted the time to reach Naples instead and we just moved on as if nothing had happened. We had Daniel that day and again was shown a wonderful time. Thank you. You can be sure I will be contacting you again when I am next in Italy.

During our visit to Sorrento, Italy, in September-October 2015, we engaged Iaccarino SLS to be our primary driver. Our contact was Tony Iaccarino, the owner. After our week in Rome, Tony arranged for a driver to bring us to Sorrento for our two week stay there. From Sorrento his drivers took us to our tour sites and arranged guides for us in Capri, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum, Naples, and the Amalfi Coast. At the end of stay in Sorrento, they drove us back to Rome. All of our tours with Iaccarino SLS were absolutely first class. The drivers and guides were always on time, the vehicles were clean and comfortable and cold water was provided. Our drivers, Enrico, Raffaele, and Stefano were competent and careful and knew all the "short cuts" to avoid traffic which could delay our arrival at our tour destination. They wee delightfully engaging conversationalists, well versed in the history of their country and the region. Each day for lunch we always had the best table in the restaurant. The suggested stops along the road for photo opportunities as well as stops for gift purchases such as a first class ceramic factory. They were more than attentive to our comfort and to maximizing our tour experience. The private guides Tony arranged for us were Lucio in Capri and Pompeii, and Pina in Herculaneum. They were extraordinarily knowledgeable in the history of antiquities and made each site come alive. We have hired private guides all over the world and we can with certainty that Tony and his staff know their business and are customer driven. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they achieve it. After reading the reviews and emailing Tony quite a few times, we decided to use his service for a few tours while we were on the Amalfi coast. Well, they did not disappoint! Tony was a pleasure to deal with...very helpful and explained everything we needed to know...and VERY accommodating! The tour pricing was reasonable, and there were several to choose from in the areas we were visiting! We decided on The Enogastronomic Tour and the tour of Amalfi, Ravello, and Pompeii. What fabulous (aside from the weather) days they were! Enrico, our driver, and Ciro and Daniel, the drivers of the other van (we had 2 since we were 10 people) were excellent in their knowledge of the region, their driving skills (especially in the height of a storm), and their cheery attitudes made traveling with them even better! The two gentlemen who took care of our flawless ride from Naples to Sorrento were fantastic. Very informative and a class outfit. Naples can be pretty tough to get around, but just call these guys and your good to go. Awesome. I will never take the "scary train" again.

We hired this company to take us from our hotel in Sorrento to the Rome Airport Hilton, and it was money well spent. Our driver was friendly, helpful and full of interesting information about the area. We arrived at our destination rested and ahead of schedule. I would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it to any other travellers. In retrospect we should have used them for the daytrip we took from Sorrento to Positano rather than taking the really uncomfortable bus!

Our party of 6 were collected by Daniel from the Naples Train Station as promised and taken on an amazing journey. Daniel was a wonderful driver and guide, very knowledgeable, funny and up to date with current affairs in Italy! We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Tony and Daniel provide an excellent service and if we're lucky enough to return we will certainly use them again.

I am writing re 2 senior ladies that I booked Iaccarina Sorrento service for a full day tour from Amalfi to Sorrento. It included a special lunch in Positano to celebrate a special birthday. They were thrilled to have Tony as their driver and the day was a fabulous success. BUT it was the unbelievable support that Tony provided me via email when I discovered the ladies flights from Naples to Frankfurt were cancelled as part of LH week long strike. He worked with me and the hotel (of which he is NOT affiliated with in any way). This was done during my late afternoon - which was after midnight in Italy!! As a result, I was able to provide the women with an alternative route to Frankfurt via train and thus enable them to connect the next day with their direct flight to Canada! AMAZING - Truly, I rarely see this unselfish service any more. We are a family of four and we stayed in Sorrento for a week in October. Rather than hiring a car we booked 2 day trips with this company. All our enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiency by Tony and the arrangements to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast were excellent!

I used Iacarino Limo Service for my recent trip to Southern Italy and I cannot say enough good things about them!! Enrico was our driver for two days. He drove me and my two teenage children to the Amalfi area and then to Pompei. Initially, I was going to cut cost and do bus tours but I'm glad I didn't. The personal attention that we received was worth every penny. Enrico, a true class act with the perfect demeanor for what he does took excellent care of us pointing out every highlight we needed to see. We hiked to the very top of mt vesuvious which was was such a bucket list check off. We were taken to a beautiful restaurant in Positano that had the most amazing food. The views were incredible and the memories and photographs that my kids and I made will last a lifetime. I truly owe it all to such a well run tour service and if I return to the area I wouldn't hesitate to use Iaccarino! Ask for Enrico!! He's the very best:-)

I booked Iccarino SLS to drive us (two adults and one teenage daughter) on 3 trips in late October. From the very first email Tony, the owner, was helpful and responsive and with great English. Vittorio took us on a day trip to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Herculaneum and Daniel took us on a day tour of the Amalfi coast visiting Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. On each of the trips the drivers shared many interesting facts about the region and we had a great day (though the rain and wind on top of Vesuvius were not so good!). The guide Tony organised for us at Pompeii (Rose-Marie) was also terrific. Raffaele then took us from our hotel in Sorrento to Naples airport at the end of our holiday. All the drivers were punctual (early in fact), professional, friendly and made the trips enjoyable and the cars (a Mercedes saloon and a Mercedes van) were spotless and comfortable. We always rent a car and drive everywhere in Europe. This time, after reading so many warnings of parking problems along the Amalfi coast, we decided to leave the driving to someone else. Like everyone else who made comments here, we found this company to be extremely reliable, polite and interesting. We were picked up at Naples airport, visited Pompeii and Herculanean and ended the day in Sorrento. The next day Tony drove us to Amalfi. Excellent driver, always felt comfortable and safe and relaxed enough to enjoy the phenomenal views. He also taught us some history about the views along the way. Well worth it!!

Before taking our cruise, I researched options to cruise ship shore excursions which are crowded and often unenjoyable. I found Iaccarino Sorrento Limousine Service on the Internet and it was my BEST find of the trip! Tony was prompt, professional, and friendly in his written communication. Right away I had a good impression. Our trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii was fantastic! Tony met us at the cruise ship in a clean, comfortable Mercedes Van. This was the best day of our Sorrento Holiday. A marvellous 8 hour tour of the Amalfi Coast. The views were dramatic so don't forget your camera!.We organised our trip through Tony whilst still in the UK and he was most helpful. His father, Raffaele picked us up from our hotel at the appointed time in a superb Mercedes Benz. Raffaele was fabulous. His knowledge of the whole area was understandably first class.and his English was excellent. He has a great sense of humour which he displayed all day and even had us singing along with Dean Martin's Italian songs as we drove through the wonderful countryside. There were plenty of photo and rest stops. We also had a delicious lunch stop at a lovely hilltop restaurant overlooking superb views of the whole area. From initial contact with Tony to organise our trip to finally shaking hands with Raffaele after a truly wonderful and memorable day; I have no reservations whatsoever in giving the strongest possible recommendation to Laccarino for whatever tour(s) you select. We used Iaccarino limo service to travel from Naples station to Positano. We were also keen to visit Pompeii. Tony arranged for us to have lunch with wine tasting at a family vineyard at the foot of Mount Versuvius and then arranged a great guide for us for a private tour of Pompeii itself before getting on the road for the last bit of the drive to Almalfi. What a great experience and way to make a travelling day not feel wasted. Our driver, Raffaele, spoke excellend english and gave us good commentary along the way as well as supplying bottles of water for the guided tour. The car was top quality in luxury and we felt like rock stars, I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending.
