Our family spent 3 weeks traveling thoughout Italy. Traveling to Naples for the first time we had heard alot about the train station in Naples not being safe. It was important to me for my wife and two children (22 years old and 17 years old) to have a great experience and not feel unsafe. Tony picked us up right on the platform and walked us to his limo. He was on time, friendly and gave us confidence in his service. As we drove to Sorrento we learned alot about Naples and the towns on the way. An after thought, we had great tour guides along the Almalfi coast, but for a ride along the coast and visiting the towns I really would go with Tony. I would have saved money and Tony and Lello would have provided as much information that we had from the tour groups and private tour we had through other companies. Also, I believe the tour would have been a great experience. Tony got our kids (who can be typical kids and not into things) singing and into the surroundings as we drove to Sorrento. The road from Sorrento to Naples had closed earlier in the day because of a strike. Tony and Lello had checked the roads for our return drive to Naples and called the hotel ahead of time to give us a heads up that the roads were open and we would not need to leave earlier to make our train. Tony had pointed us to places to eat and they were are best experiences in Sorrento. The Red Lion was the best food at a great price. When we go back to Sorrento we will rely on Tony and Lello for a ride in peace and comfort while learn about the surroundings and having a great experience. They are all about service. I want to thank Tony and Lello for giving us the best transportation service while in Italy and really the best of life time for a family that travels alot. Lello and Tony you are more than welcome to visit us in Colorado!!!!

We have only high praise for Sorrento Limousine Service and Tony, our driver. He was very responsive to our emails, from the original inquiry to last minute adjustments to the schedule. As promised, he met us at the train platform (me, my wife, and 3 kids, 16, 13, 3). The clean, new Mercedes van had a car seat installed and in no time, we on our way for a tour down the Almalfi Coast. When my wife mentioned an interest in olive groves and olive oil production, he whipped out his phone, called an old high school friend, and lined up a free tour. We really aren't into shopping, so he modified the tour to drop shopping and add a little time on the beach. Tony regaled us with stories and explanations of each place we saw. He's knowledgeable of geology, history, politics, and much more. If we had tried to do this drive ourselves, we would have been unsafe (the roads are challenging) and stressed out. With Tony we were relaxed and carefree. We looked into other tours that were less responsive and more expensive, but we are so happy we found Sorrento Limo Service.

As with all the other reviewers, I HIGHLY recommend Tony's Sorrento Limousine Service. We have used them 5 times, in Rome, Florence, Sorrento x2, and Amalfi. Each time the drivers were dependable (always early!), english speaking, polite, courteous, helpful, etc. The mercedes vans are new and clean. Tony is especially wonderful with ideas of what to see and what to skip. We have used him whenever we go on cruise ships around Italy. He has always made sure we had fun and made it back on time. A private, english speaking driver and van is not cheap, but when compared with the prices of some shore excursions offered by the ship, he is actually quite reasonable. Every driver we have had from Sorrento Limousine has been very good (most recently Ciro) and trustworthy - you can leave your bags, cameras, computers, etc., in the van without hesitation while your are off enjoying your tour. Tony will also arrange for guides and we had an excellent one in Rome. If you are cruising the mediterranean or staying in any of the areas mentioned above I highly recommend you give Tony a call. We recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of the Amalfi Coast with Sorrento Limousine Services. Our driver "Ciro" was excellent. He was an outgoing gentleman & made the tour interesting, fun & gave us lots of commentary & history on the regions. We had a wonderful time & never felt rushed or unable to see the villages or do a little browsing. The luncheon was great & an excellent choice of restaurant & location. This was one of the best parts of our summer 2012 european trip. We arrived at the Sorrento dock from Capri in the morning. As we deboarded the hydrofoil, a driver was waiting with a sign just as arranged two weeks before. The Mercedes was new and comfortable and stocked with bottled water. The driver was very professional, had a good sense of humor and extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas we toured. The drive up the coast was breathtaking. We stopped in the various towns to relax a bit and site see. We walked on the black volcanic beach in Positano, visted a few of the grand hotels along the way and had a wonderful lunch and cappuccino high up in Ravello with the most beautful views. Today we toured the Amalfi coast with Lello. We had an amazing day and he made it very enjoyable and a lot of fun. He provided us with lots of information and kept us interested all through the tour. We give high marks to Lello and to Sorrento Limousine Service. We will never forget our sing along with Dean Martin. We have had two tours with Sorrento Limousine Service. One when five of my traveling companions joined me as we toured the Amalfi Coast. We were picked up promptly at our cruise ship and spent the day enjoying and learning about this fabulous part of Italy. Tony, our tour guide, was everything we needed: polite, outgoing, knowledgeable, interesting and a very safe drive. The second (two years later) included transportation to Pompeii and arranging for a licenced tour guide of the ruins. This time, Lello was our driver and he provided us with good information, was polite, outgoing and knowledgeable as well. Both tours had clean, comfortable and safe Mercedes. They provided us with water and made us very comfortable. We give them the highest of marks and will use them next time we are in the area.

My husband and I along with our two teenage children visited Italy for two weeks in July. One of our stops was Sorrento and I decided I wanted to book a private tour of the Amalfi Coast because I thought it would be the best way to see everything that we had wanted. I located Sorrento Limousine Service on line and read many, many raving reviews, so I decided to book our tour with them. Tony was our driver and picked us up promptly at 9:00 AM at our hotel the morning of our tour. Before we began our tour Tony informed us of our itinerary for the day, but was also very flexible about making other stops if we wanted. As we traveled along the coast Tony pointed out many different areas and was able to give us a tremendous amount of history which was fascinating. He is extremely knowledgable and it is evident that he takes great pride in what he does. As we visited each of the the towns (Amalfi, Positano and Ravello) Tony gave us time in each town to explore and guided us as to what we should see. Each town was nicer than the next and I felt that because we did have a private tour we were able to see a great deal in one day. Driving along the coast is for experts only!!!! The roads are very narrow and quite treacherous and the other drivers are not always so courteous! Throughout the tour I was very relaxed and did not have to worry about any of that. During the tour Tony offered us water, snacks and even lyrics to sing some Italian favorites. He even had our teenage children singing as well. They also appreciated his humor throughout the day! As I stated earlier Tony was willing to make stops along the way that were not anticipated stops. He saw that I was interested in pottery/ceramics and he told me to hold off buying anything because he wanted us to visit a pottery factory along the way. I was so happy that I waited and took his advice, because I was able to purchase several beautiful pieces from the factory. They even took us for a tour of the facility which was great! Tony also took us to an olive oil factory where we were able to sample and purchase different olive oils. I can continue to go on about our wonderful tour. I would highly recommend anyone who is visiting the Amalfi Coast to hire Sorrento Limousine for any tour they would like to take. WE had a wonderful tour and it was truly the highlight of our visit to Italy. I recently was traveling from Sorrento to Salerno. I wanted to see the Amalfi coast and a few of the towns. My driver, Lello, was courteous, knowledgeable & entertaining. I was picked up at my Sorrento hotel at 9am. Lello drove me along the Amalfi coast, with 1 hour stops in Positano & Amalfi town. I was then dropped off at my Salerno hotel. Such a relaxing & fun way to spend the day! I would highly recommend this company & Lello!

Tony and the drivers at Sorrento Limousine are the best! Sorrento was our first stop on a 2 week Med cruise. Having been to Sorrento before, we were interested in traveling the Amalfi coast to Poisitano. I found this company on line, contacted them, and had a response immediately despite a 9 hour time change! I don't think Tony sleeps! He and I worked out the details of the trip and we were met exactly where and when we were supposed to be by a great driver named Stefano. We had a wonderful day with him driving along the coast and an unforgettable lunch at a restaurant he chose in Poisitano. Stefano is also a terrific guy and it was fun getting to know him. I highly recommend this company.

Arriving at 10am in Naples after missing two nights sleep and not being able to check in to our apartment until the afternoon, we made such a great decision to use the services of Sorrento Limousine Service. Tony met us at the airport and although jet-lagged, we were not too tired to enjoy a wonderful introduction to the Amalfi Coast. The next day we were also spoiled by Lello who took us to Herculaneum, Pompeii and popped in an unscheduled visit to the Archeological Museum in Naples (traffic wasn't too busy on Sunday afternoon). We would never have been able to see so much in such a short time and in such a relaxing way using public transportation, so the money spent was well-spent and created lasting memories for myself, my 11-year old granddaughter, my son, his wife and their 3 year old. I agree with another review - all my emails were answered instantly by Tony as I was figuring out how to organize things before we left Canada. A very professional company and highly recommended.

I needed transportation for me and my family from the Naples train station to our hotel in Sorrento. I decided on Sorrento Limousine Service after reading trip advisor reviews. One of the great decisions of our trip to Italy! I received a prompt response to my inquiry and Tony even recommended a tour to Pompeii, which was not something we would have thought to do. We thought it may be interesting so we agreed to let him arrange it for us. We were so glad we did. We were greeted at the train station by a very nice driver named Cirro who provided us a very comfortable drive to Pompeii. At Pompeii we had an amazing tour guide , Paula, who made our 2 hour tour so interesting and engaging that my two teenage sons even enjoyed it! It was a great experience for us all. We were then driven to our hotel in Sorrento. A few days later,Tony picked us up promptly at our hotel to take us back to the train station. I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He even walked with us into the train station to make sure we knew where to get our next train to Sicily. Way beyond great service! I highly recommend to anyone traveling in this area. You will not regret it!

Sorrento Limousine Service is excellent. As arranged, we were met at Naples Rail Station by a smiling Lello who then assisted us with our luggage and drove us to Pompeii where he provided us with bottles of cold water for our 2 hour tour led by Paola - who had also been booked for us by Tony and his staff. Paola is an exceptional guide who made us forget the 40 degree heat by transporting us back in time to help us really understand what life was like in Pompeii before its destruction. At the end of the tour, Lello was waiting for us and he took us to our accommodation in Sorrento. He pointed out things of interest and stopped so we could take photos. The next morning he collected us punctually at 9am for a full day tour of the Amalfi coast. What a wonderful day we had, made even better by our superb driver and guide. The coast road is very windy and narrow, but we felt completely safe and confident in Lello's driving. On Saturday Lello collected us from our hotel and returned us to Naples Train station and even assisted us to purchase our train tickets. We cannot speak highly enough of Lello - he represents everything that is good about Italy: warm, friendly and helpful. We were sad to say goodbye to him.
