We were very impressed with the very professional and well organized tour we experienced of the Amalfi coast. Our driver- "Gianluca" was very friendly and highly informative as our guide on our one day journey. He was also very considerate and helpful in suggesting a wonderful restaurant for our lunch with a beautiful view. My two teenage daughters have a big crush on him too and were highly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Sorento Limousine service and would actually use them again should I return to Italy again one day.

I found this limo service by reviewing TripAdvisor and booked a 'trip-of-a-lifetime' shore excursion for our entire party of 12. We planned the week-long cruise a year in advance, and the stop in Naples & getting to the Amalfi Coast was my one 'must-do' of the entire trip. Sorrento Limousine Service did not disappoint!! Tony was a real pleasure to work with online; no matter how many questions I peppered him with he was swift, professional, and kind in his every response. Since this was the only excursion our entire party was all going to go on,...the pressure was on to make it memorable. Tony gave excellent advice on how to limit our goals to what we truly wanted so we didn't just get rushed around to photo stops - priceless! The Naples port stop was the last of our cruise, and we had been very busy the day before in Rome (also with Sorrento Limousine). This excursion to take in just Pompeii and Positano was built to be relaxing and it turned out to be the highlight of everyone's trip! We were met by our guide Ann, our driver Ucco (sp?), and Guiseppe (our guide for Pompeii) right on time (tho the port of Naples makes it difficult to get to private excursion providers...a long walk!). Once we all finally found them we were on our way to Pompeii. Guiseppe kept us very entertained and provided lots of information about Mt Vesuvius and the area. Ann added even more depth to this info on our return trip; she really knows the area. Our visit to Pompeii will take much time to fully absorb....what an amazing experience. And Guiseppe really knew how to keep it VERY interesting, with his tales of how these people spent their 'free time' and kept their short life spans very 'active'. ;-)) We are all still saying 'family - here we go family' as he had to do all morning to try and keep us all together. I would recommend him to anyone planning to visit Pompeii, you will remember the place, and him, for a long time!! We parted ways as we then went on to Positano. It was a beautiful day - we fully enjoyed the ride over and Ann's guidance as a 30-year resident of Sorrento. We had made plans to enjoy lunch at La Tagliata, so we enjoyed exploring the town for about an hour and then made our way to the restaurant. While in town we saw a wedding-in-progress at the lovely Church near the shoreline. And oh yes - one of the great benefits of Sorrento Limousine is their smaller size minibus. We were able to get very close to the downtown area and so limit the steep walking - very helpful to our party. And we were in awe of Ucco's abilities to drive on those VERY narrow roads! He really knows the roads right down to each millimeter; we would certainly never be able to navigate those roads as he can. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at La Tagliata, lingering over many plates of food and many bottles of wine.....in fact we enjoyed it so much we ended up skipping a stop in Sorrento we had been considering! Ann told us we were not like most tourists; we seemed to want to enjoy just the food & wine! And she was right, the wonderfully relaxing day was just what we all needed; it was an excellent way to top off our trip. We made our way back to Naples, enjoying Ann's stories and history all the way. And to top off our all-day trip she presented us with two chilled bottles of local Limoncello - very nice! I would not hesitate to recommend Sorrento Limousine Services and would surely book with them again myself. And if you visit Pompeii, you simply must ask for Guiseppe as your guide :-)) All in all the excursion was just wonderful, and I felt that the price was very reasonable for an all-day event.

As this was my family's first visit to Sorrento, I checked and found good reviews on tripadvisor about Sorrento Limousine Service so I decided to try them out. Cirro our driver made our holiday enjoyable and stress free starting from a smooth pick up at the airport. Totally enjoyed the fresh orange juice outside Pompei. He acted also as a guide giving a good commentary on the region and showing us spectacular views along Amalfi coast for photo taking.. . Thanks Cirro for great driving skills and the lemon tip. Four of us toured Sorrento Italy with Raffaele and it was the best way to see everything we wanted to. He was so friendly and a great driver and showed us a much better time than taking the cruise tours. We all would highly recommend having Sorrento Limo Service be your tour guide. We had hired them for two days and the second day we had another driver who was just as nice as Raffaele. We honestly think this is the only way to tour from now on based on our experience.

We found Tony on Tripadvisor a few months before leaving for our Italian Holiday. He was extremely prompt at answering our emails. As a driver Tony was very skilled at navigating the windy roads and he stopped fairly often so motion sickness was avoided. Huge relief for me as I typically get sick on roads like these. "Thank you Tony, we had a great day with you. We felt very safe with you as our driver. You were prompt and the information that you shared throughout the tour enriched our holiday. Thank you also for advising us what to go see when you dropped us off in each town. We also really enjoyed our lunch with magnificent views and delicious pizza." I discovered Sorrento Limosine on Trip Advisor after unsucessfully trying to find an affordable way for me, my husband and son to see Pompeii, Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast through my travel agent. Anyway, I contacted Tony (the owner) who was very professional and extremely helpful from the start! Our driver, Gianluca, was fabulous! We arrived in Naples from Florence and he promptly met us at the train station and then drove us to Vesuvius and Pompeii where they had arranged for us to meet a knowlegeable tour guide. Pompeii - was the archeological highlight of our trip! He then took us to our hotel in Sorrento. Anyway, Gianluca spoke excellent English, was very professional, patient, and a "tour guide" in his own right as a Sorrento native. You do not just get a driver with Sorrento Limosine -- it is so much more than that. On another day, we also had Gianluca drive us all along the Amalfi Coast. Because of Gianluca's knowledge, he was very strategic about where and when we went to each town to avoid the large crowds and get the highest quality experience and best views in Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano. Gianluca also suggested and took us to one of the best restaurants we experienced on our whole Italy trip located at the top of Positano with spectacular views and all homegrown/homemade food! Gianluca knew the family so we we even got a picture with the matriarch in the kitchen! We never would have found this treasure on our own. Gianluca also took us to a ceramic factory and to a factory where inlaid wood music boxes and furniture are made. My sister collects music boxes so because of Gianluca, my sister not only got a music box but pictures of how it was made! As you can -- see - I cannot say enough about the quality of our experience or Sorrento Limosines and Gianluca! I highly, highly recommend them!

We had the most amazing time with our driver Raffaele! He was prompt, kind, curtious and very informative for our adventures in both Sorrento and Naples. If only the weather had been as kind during our visit! The suggestions he made to our diverse group were spot on for places to see and eat. The wine tasting with lunch was amazing and a wonderfull way to end our trip! Thank goodness Raffaele was handy to use as a translator to truly appreciate the tour of the vineyard. We would highly recommend his services!

From the first contact, our experience with Tony was excellent. Tony picked us up at the Naples train station and took us to our Hotel in Sorrento. We indicated that we'd like to stop somewhere along the way for lunch, and Tony took us to a fantastic winery, where we sat overlooking Naples Bay sampling wines and having lunch. Several days later Tony took us on an Amalfi Coast tour. We visited Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. In each town, Tony provided an excellent comentary on each town we visited, and he stopped at excellent viewing locations. Tony also picked us up at our hotel and returned us to the Naples train station when it was time to leave Sorrento. The service is personable, courtious and Tony is a true professional in every sense of the word, and his English language skills are excellent. I can't imagine a better service than this one.

When you deal with Sorrento Limousine Service, you are dealing with a family company. And this family takes service and hospitality seriously. We ulilized their services for rail station pick up and return and a full day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Very professional and very personable. We had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with both Tony and his dad Raffaele. Both were very knowledgeable and added to our experience. When we first contacted them, they were responsive and followed up well. They suggested places to go and things to do. When we got to Naples/Sorrento, they always picked us up on time and made sure we didn't miss any interesting spots or highlights. It was nice to deal with a company that was flexible and accomodated your every need. We would have missed many things if not for Tony and Raffaele pointing them out to us. Fortunately, we had the best guides in Sorrento and it made our trip to teh Amalfi Coast, the highlight of our vacation. Raffaele is an expert drive, expert singer, and guides you to stores, restuarants, and points of interest, like an the expert guide he is. Don't hestiate to ask either of them for restaurant or any other suggestions. The Iaccarino's are 5th generation Sorrentinians and it shows in their pride and expertise.

Outstanding Service? We have just returned from a 5 day break in Sorrento with our friends where we enjoyed a fantastic holiday. This was partly due to the fantastic service we received from Tony and Raffaele of Sorrento Limousine Services who took care of our transportation needs throughout the holiday. Having read previous reviews on Tripadvisor we decided to contact Tony via email and arrange for a tour of the Amalfi coast taking in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. From the initial contact Tony was very professional, courteous and very quick to respond to my emails. Tony also arranged for our airport transfers to and from Sorrento and prior to the holiday he emailed a full itinerary which was very clear and concise. We were picked up promptly from the airport by Tony and transferred in style to our hotel. Whilst being transferred to the hotel Tony shared his knowledge and gave some real insight into the area of Naples through to Sorrento. It was like having a guided tour of the area. The ?Amalfi tour? was conducted by Tony?s father Raffaele who?s knowledge of Sorrento and the Amalfi coast is excellent. Raffaele was very informative throughout the tour and knew all the right locations to stop giving us some fantastic photo opportunities. First stop was Positano then Amalfi and finally Ravello and the whole tour took approximately 7 hours. In Ravello we took Rafffaele?s recommendation and enjoyed a fantastic and very entertaining lunch at the restaurant Cumpa Cosimo. The ?Five Pastas? house speciality is a must. On the return journey home we were serenaded by Raffaele with a classic collection of Italian songs including ?That?s Amore? by Dean Martin. This will be a lasting memory for us all. Finally, when we reached our hotel destination we were presented with a bottle of lemoncello on behalf of Tony and Raffaele which was a very nice touch and a great finish to a truly memorable day. If you are considering a tour or if you require any type of transportation service whilst visiting Sorrento then do not hesitate to contact these guys. They?re excellent.

My husband and I spent the day with Raffaele, it was fantastic. It was just the three of us. He picked us up promptly at our hotel in Sorrento and drove us to the best sights around Sorrento. We then made our way onto the Amalfi coast and stopped at various spots where the views were spectacular. Raffaele was wonderful stopping for us many times and taking photos of the two of us. We made our way through Positano (picture perfect little town) and Amalfi and he then took us to this off the beaten path restaurant up high on the hillside. The food was delicious and the views were breathtaking. Our table had been pre picked and we started the meal with a glass of prosecco. We then passed through Ravello and made our way around the back side of Mt. Vesuvius through the mountains. It was beautiful. Raffaele was a perfect tour guide. He even sang to us after lunch. "When the moon hits the sky"......Ok, I will stop now. It was great and we highly recommend. You will not find a better tour company in this area. The tour ended with Raffaele giving us a bottle of Limoncello.

Tony & Raffaele are excellent. We were a group of Aussies(11 of us) that flew into Naples and wanted to stay at Sorrento and visit Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. They picked us up with two Mercedes vans and we had a great day down the Amalfi Coast and the next day arranged a visit to Pompeii with a very good guide. They then picked us up early the next day for our trip to the Naples airport. Nothing was a problem to them and they were great tour guides.

We had a wonderful time exploring Sorrento and Naples with our driver Raffaele. He was prompt, kind and very informative during our adventures. He also has a wonderful singing voice! We went on the Amalfi coast tour today. Our guide/driver Rafello was competent, nice personality, professional, and funny. He handled the coast roads with safety and skill. We were new to this area. He took the time to explain things as we went along. He answered all our questions. His English was strong. We did not need to struggle to understand him. He was dependable, agreeing to meeting times and showing up. I guess the test of any service is repeat business. We will be using the company again tomorrow for another tour. We recommend them with no reservations.

We used Sorrento limousine service for two of the three days we visited the Amalfi Coast. Raffaele picked us up at the Naples train station, took us to Pompeii for a tour, and then delivered us safely to our hotel in Sorrento. The next day he took us on an all day tour of the beautiful coast. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining...even sang "That's Amore" with us on our ride back to Sorrento! Highly recommend using Amalfi Coast Drivers!
